Ship Watchers advancements in technology continue as we move forward with growing into the only technology advanced shipping auditor. With our client base increasing over 500% in the 2nd quarter of 2011 we have had the need to insure our alert system is up and running with all of the processing our network does on a daily basis.
With this being said we are turning on all client Account Notifications on a one time basis to send out our first Alert Notifications on “Exception Shipments” so that clients can take a look at the new alerts and decide if they want to continue using the system or turn the notifications off within their profile. This is done easy by login into their “My Account” screen and selecting the “My Preferences” section to update any alerts.
We are very thankful for our clients and their continued support of our solutions. Our referrals have been off the charts as well this year and we know that is because we are going in the right direction.
