Our network has undergone changes and upgrades over the past week to push more adjustments and the carriers have responded with more adjustment approvals. Our technical support and audit agents have upgraded our systems even more. Clients now have more visibility on shipments, more control and response to adjustments than ever. We are still proud of our system making more information and record transit scans for improved adjustment returns. Making it possible for our clients and audit adjusters to review historical scans rather than depend on adjustable scans that the carriers have online. This has increased adjustment returns by over 30% in just the last week.
