We apologize for the inconvenience but according to our polices and carrier agreements, we must complete a required update from the shipping carrier(s). This update addresses table structure to our existing network link. While we do not make it a habit of completing these updates during the work day and whenever possible try to make them happen at off peak hours, this update could not be avoided in this case.
Our ETC (estimated time for completion) is set to 2:00 PM EST (however may be much sooner depending upon the size of the upgrade). We are just providing that far out an ETA to help clients plan their day in accessing our data servers.
We will post on the account message screen and also some login areas any updates as the upgrade completes.
