Ship Watchers legal is closely monitoring this upcoming case of AFMS LLC vs. UPS and FedEx in an Antitrust case. This concerns 3rd party logistics that are currently working with thousands of shippers across the US. UPS and FedEx both have 3rd party logistic agreements that are in place with 3rd party logistics providers to be able to get data and complete the auditing and consultation services. Ship Watchers has agreements in place as well and as a result of this we are concerned of the findings with AFMS LLC’s claims.
