Suspension of Service Guarantee

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

UPS Air and International Air
Scheduled delivery times for Air and international Air* packages scheduled for delivery Nov. 27, Nov. 30 - Dec. 5, and Dec. 19 - Dec. 31 will be extended as follows: UPS Next Day Air® Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus® services will be extended by 90 minutes and all other Air and international Air services will be extended to end-of-day. As a reminder, UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.

Time-in-transit notes
On UPS holidays—Nov. 26, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1—there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS, regardless of the date of tender (except packages tendered for UPS Express Critical® service.) UPS Express Critical® service is available for urgent packages every day of the year, including UPS holidays. Call 1-800-714- 8779 or visit upsexpresscritical.com.

UPS Freight®
While service guarantees are suspended for most services, customers can call (800) 644-0900 to arrange guaranteed shipping through UPS Freight® LTL Urgent service.
