Ship Watchers bringing on new Reports and Downloads (Over 200) to service clients.

Today we are announcing some exciting changes to Ship Watchers and our portal. 

First off you are getting this message as you are a client of Ship Watchers and have a user profile located within our network.  These eAlerts are very useful to keep you informed of shipment alerts, statements of account, updates, report notifications and changes to our network.  You may or may not have this option check marked within your profile, we are sending this notification to you to insure if you want to receive these alerts that you login and select this option.  To do so just click here, login and select the "My Preference" link.  Check mark "Account Notifications and eAlerts" section to make sure you have this important notification active. 

Second, we are proud to let you know Ship Watchers in June 2012 acquired VisReports.  VisReports has been in the business of producing high end reporting for companies in all industries.  Now with them under our belt and a month of working on new reports and drill down products we are proud to let you know we will be installing new reports by the 1st of August for clients.  Just some of the areas in which will be enhanced is located below.  We hope this helps clients in gathering the information and data they need to produce more valuable reports.

- Cost Allocation (GL Coding, Dept ID, Account Num, LOC Coding, etc.)
- Manifested vs. Billed (Drill down from invoice to shipment, Consignee dill down for cost, etc.)
- Freight and Accessorial
- Freight Class
- Zonal Reporting
- Weight Reporting
- Service Reporting
- New! Weekly Account Summary eAlert
- New! New Contract Impact Tool (Old pricing contract vs. new contract with recommendations)

With this new service our reporting will go to over 200 reports available to all users within the portal.  A new interface will be created during this process.  We encourage all users to edit their preferences by check marking the eAlert section to insure that if our reporting section is down you are still getting access to your weekly or monthly reports as we may take the reporting section down off and on during the time frame of between  July 19th, 2012 - August 5th, 2012.  With a launch date of August 13th, 2012 to all clients within the portal.  (This time frame has been updated from the normal ETA of August 2nd.)

There will be more information in the July issue of our eNews letter coming out July 30th, 2012 just before the live version is active to all clients.

Expanding is part of our growth and is needed to keep up with the large demand of our clients.  We thank you for being a client of Ship Watchers and hope this news comes as a great surprise to you.  We are still the only auditor with the most advanced portal and now with the addition of this new reporting section we will insure that place.
