FedEx Credit Verification Steps

Go to: https://www.fedex.com/secure-login/en-us/#/login-credentials and login to view your FedEx Invoices.

Once you are logged in, click the Support > Billing & Invoicing.  Then on the next screen click the button “Log In To FedEx Express & FedEx Ground”.

Then click the “Search/Download > New Search or Download” menu item from the main menu.  In the “Quick Search” section on the right select “Invoice Number” and enter the invoice number, then click “Quick Search”

When the freight invoice is found, click on the invoice number in the grid to view the details.  Then go to “View Invoice History” under the “Billing Information” section to the left.

Now you can see the adjustments under the “Dispute and Adjustment History” section of the freight invoice.
