Ship Watchers prides itself in our family of staff that is dedicated to Ship Watchers business. We also know how hard it is to keep up with our demand and meet personal needs to insure the protection of our staff’s family. Our Management Staff has made the decision to close our New Hampshire office with recommendations of local officials and keep our staff at home.
All auditing, freight quotes and normal business operations will continue with the exception of special projects, client meetings and also contact directly with staff within our New England office. If you have an urgent need please do not hesitate to contact our Support Center located at: http://support.myshipwatcher.com. If you have questions that have been sent via email or voice mail to management or staff within our New Hampshire office please understand that there will be a delay in their responses as this hurricane moves over the area.
Our staff’s protection is one of the up most important things to us here at Ship Watchers.
Update 10.29.2012 12:05 PM: We are still monitoring this storm that has not moved into Tuesday as well. We will keep you posted of the opening of our Processing Center and office location in New Hampshire as we learn more.
Update 10.30.2012 8:00 AM: Surrounding areas around our New Hampshire office have taken really bad damage causing the power to be out for what appears to be a couple days. Our New Hampshire office has trees and lines blocking the roads in and out of where it is located. While our main office is currently under backup generator systems to keep it active our staff are unable to reach the main office and it is unsafe to attempt according to local officials. Due to to this and the damage causing unsafe conditions we are forced to close the New Hampshire office for a 2nd day. So as of today 8:00 AM our management staff has made the call to close the New England office until Wednesday morning. This will not impact general auditing and shipment issues. Our Support Center located online at: http://support.myshipwatcher.com will be able to help clients with any general questions on shipments and invoices.
Update 10.31.2012 9:10 AM: Even when our Processing Center is running off from generators we still must think of our staff's safety and concern. In the New Hampshire area there is still a lot of homes and places without power. We want to insure our staff can take care of personal business at home. This combined with the unsafe road conditions with down power lines and such we will be keeping the New England office closed for today and it will reopen Thursday the 1st of November. Our main Audit Support Center will still be online and able to hand general client's questions at: http://support.myshipwatcher.com
Update 11.01.2012 10:15 AM: We are pleased and happy to have our main processing center reopened. Just keep in mind that we are now delayed with a lot of our areas and will be working over this weekend to catch back up.
