The winter storm that brought hazardous conditions across the southeastern and northeastern U.S. earlier continues to affect FedEx operations, and unavoidable service delays are anticipated. FedEx is committed to providing service to the best of our ability in areas affected by the storm and as local conditions allow. We will continue to monitor the situation to minimize the impact on service.
Ship Watchers will monitor this situation with FedEx to insure proper adjustments for Service Failures that are within the carrier’s control.
