1) Severe weather is impacting service in areas of West Virginia. There will be no pickups or deliveries today in the affected areas.
We will work to ensure the safety of our employees while minimizing effects on service. Contingency plans are in place to ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as conditions permit.
2) Severe weather in Louisville, KY, caused a significant disruption to operations at Worldport®, UPS's main hub in the United States. As a result, some shipments may experience unavoidable delays.
UPS is working to move shipments to their final destinations as quickly as possible.
