Description:
This part of our portal is here to show you Ship Watchers' credits applied to your shipping carrier accounts. The system is designed to allow the user to sort, group and export to match back to their Freight Invoices with the shipping carrier. Reporting is also located here to show you areas Ship Watchers is saving you money.

Fields Used and Descriptions:
Client ID Num.
This is the Client ID Number assigned to your account with Ship Watchers. Use this when contacting Ship Watchers with any questions that you might have.
SOA Num.
The ID number assigned to your Statement of Account. When referencing any adjustment with Ship Watchers please include this in your correspondences.
SOA Dated
Date the Statement of Account is closed and ready for payment.
Emp. Savings
This is the average amount based on Government tables that you would had paid as an employer to look up the tracking number, address location, rate information, commercial vs residential, etc. on each and every shipment.
SOA Adjusted
The amount of credits applied to your shipping carrier freight invoices (plus or minus our internal adjustments if any are applied at time of closing).
Total Due
The total amount due for this Statement of Account to Ship Watchers after we have already had these credits applied to your freight invoices.
SOA Paid
The amount you paid to Ship Watchers for this Statement of Account.
Cycle Start
The date the Statement processing cycle started. (Please note: Adjustments may fall in and out of this date frame due to adjustments processed by not confirmed until later by our auditors. This is to insure the credit is placed before we bill you the client.)
Cycle End
The date the Statement processing cycle ended. (Please note: Adjustments may fall in and out of this date frame due to adjustments processed by not confirmed until later by our auditors. This is to insure the credit is placed before we bill you the client.)
SOA Status
LOADING, is the status when our network is still processing your adjustments for this time frame. Loading SOA's are not confirmed until our auditors review and confirm the results. You can see this within the detail of the adjustments and their status. Do not pay this SOA until it is out of the LOADING status. Adjustments may change during this status so please do not contact Client Services about any SOA that is in LOADING status until it is closed as they are not final.
NOW DUE, means the Statement of Account (SOA) is now ready for review by the client and payment. If an automated payment is on file the Statement of Account will be billed to that method before the due date.
PAST DUE, is the status when your Statement of Account is past due. Make a payment to this Statement of Account to insure proper auditing of your account. According to the terms and conditions a late fee can be applied at this stage.
DECLINED, means the payment method on file for your account declined. Please update your payment method to insure this Statement of Account is paid.
EXPIRED, shows when there the payment method on file had expired. Update your payment method.
CLOSED, means no adjustments were found and the Statement of Account has been closed for this period.
DISPUTED, shows when the client has disputed an adjustment on the Statement of Account. It is pending review by an agent.
REVIEWING, is the status when an agent is reviewing a dispute placed by a client.
PAID, is shown when the Statement of Account has been paid in full.
